Orison Ceiling Fan Remote Control for Outdoor Ceiling Fan Light(B63771/B63772/B63991/B63992/B63881)

The piece itself worked great but there was no instructions on how to program it that would have helped

I am very satisfied with the Orison company and their customer service. I ordered a replacement remote for our Orison outdoor ceiling fan (which I love) after leaving the original remote out in the rain by accident. The remote arrived in a timely manner, but after placing new batteries in, it did not work. I contacted their customer service department regarding this and they promptly replied and gave me information on troubleshooting the issue. After following their advice, I can say that the remote is working perfectly, now, and we are enjoying our Orison outdoor fan in our gazebo once again. I highly recommend this company and their products.
Sincerely, Doreen C.

I am truly very happy with my new remote. It was easy to set up and it works perfectly!!! I definitely would buy from them again if I ever need another remote since I had lost my original one.
