Replacing a remote control device

I had accidentally damaged my remote control. I ordered a new one which needed to be "paired" with the Fan to work properly. With assistance from Customer Service I was able to "re-pair" the new remote and it worked great. While operating the fan with the app on my phone is great, having the remote is needed when I have guests staying over at my home. I was very pleased with the Orison assistance with this matter.
