22" YANASO Hue Ceiling Fan Light with Alexa/Google Assistant/App Control
The fan base is more than large enough to cover the ceiling hole and all it wires, the install was swift and painless, and the unit lights up brightly with all the options to change the color temperature of the main light on the bottom, as well as the millions of individual colors that can be selected on the background light. both light sources are dimmable separately, the fan has 6 different intensities via the remote, or can be more acutely adjusted via the the app you can download on your IOS or Android device of choice. The fan can even have the spin direction reversed, in case you want to pull the air up instead of flowing down. regarding the app, i find that using the device of choice w/ the app is much more responsive than using the remote as i don't always get feedback from the ceiling fan when inputting a command via the remote, but the remote can be re-paired to the unit in such situations (I will continue to use the app in any case as there is a lot more options to take advantage of the features of the ceiling fan. Lastly, the base, though easy to install did not flatten-out completely even on the ceiling (more than likely due to the ceiling curve than the unit itself), and on one occasion the fan slipped off the base. Luckily there is a metal-braided safety wire that is attached to the fan and the ceiling base during installation, that kept the unit from falling. Overall a definite buy in my opinion!
This ceiling was was so easy to install. It is a smaller ceiling fan but it really can move the air! The included remote allows you to control all features of the fan and lights. We really like the RGB lights in the base. We use them as a night light too. The best part is that we have it set up with our Alexa. We just tell Alexa what we want the fan to do and she makes it happen! Awesome ceiling fan!
I had a couple of old ceiling fans I never used, and decided to replace them with simple lights. When I found these lights (with LEDs and different colors) with a fan, I gave them a try (purchased 3 of them). They are fabulous. Via the app, I have them setup to emulate a sunrise in the morning, bright during the day, and twilight in the evening and then turn off (all automatically). The fans are quiet and work very well.
I also purchased another brand of the same type of light/fan, but it broke after a few days and I'm still tryng to get help from the seller (it is still under warranty). Getting the run around. But these 3 Yanaso lights work great!
This fan was so simple to install, I ended up buying two of them! They are very lightweight, and surprisingly sound. I highly recommend these to anybody who wants a nice looking ceiling fan without the bulky thing hanging down.
